Website privacy notice

This notice explains how Fast K9 Security Limited handles personal information collected through this website.

Effective date: 8 September 2026

Who we are

Fast K9 Security Limited (company number 13887290) is the controller for personal information collected through this website. Our offices are in London/Rainham and Birmingham.

You can contact us by email at info@fastk9security.co.uk or by telephone on 0203 668 3654.

What we collect

The contact form can collect your first name, last name, company name, email address, telephone number, website address, subject, the services you select, your message, and first-party attribution values such as the landing host, page path and campaign parameters. The callback form can collect your name, telephone number, selected service and site address.

Please send only the information needed for us to respond. If a required field is left empty, the form cannot be submitted.

How we use it, and our lawful bases

  • Taking steps at your request before entering a contract — when you ask us for a quotation or for a service, we use your details to prepare and discuss that quotation.
  • Our legitimate interests — answering business enquiries, keeping appropriate correspondence, protecting this website against misuse such as automated or abusive submissions, and establishing or defending legal claims.
  • Legal obligations — where we are required by law to keep particular records.
  • Consent — for optional analytics technologies. You can withdraw that consent at any time through cookie settings.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage is used to operate the site and to remember your cookie choice, so that you are not asked again on every visit.

Optional Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after you accept optional analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and advertising user-data consent remain denied. If you reject optional analytics, or withdraw your consent later, optional measurement stops and the optional analytics cookies this site is able to remove are cleared from your browser.

Maps

This website does not embed a map. Our contact page shows our written office address alongside an ordinary external link to Google Maps. Google receives information about you only if you choose to follow that link.

Who receives your information

  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • Resend, which delivers website enquiries to us by email.
  • Google Analytics, where you have consented to optional analytics.
  • Microsoft Clarity, where you have consented to optional analytics.
  • Professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement authorities, where disclosure is legally required.

Website enquiries are delivered to us by email through a server-side arrangement with Resend. They are not intentionally stored in a website lead database.

Processing outside the United Kingdom

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, Fast K9 Security Limited requires an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept only while it is reasonably needed to respond to you, provide a quotation, manage follow-up, maintain necessary business records, meet legal obligations, or establish and defend legal claims. Information that is no longer required for those purposes is securely deleted or anonymised.

If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, the relevant information may form part of the customer or contractual record and then follows our applicable business-record retention requirements.

Cookie and analytics information follows the duration of the applicable cookie and the settings of the relevant analytics service.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions in UK data protection law, you may ask for access to your personal information, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — for optional analytics this is done through cookie settings. These rights do not apply in every situation; for example, we may need to keep certain records to meet a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim. We will explain our decision if we cannot act on a request.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
